We offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene and personalization standards.

Do you offer a warranty on your pieces?

Yes, all Roxanne First jewelry comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or general wear and tear.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
